Seasonal flu shots are being offered by the Clay County Public Health Center from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 24, at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, 1600 Missouri Highway 291.

More than 900 doses of vaccine will be available.

The Clay County Public Health Center provided 600 shots at a large-scale clinic held at the site last year.

The cost of the flu shot is $20. Medicaid, Medicare Part B, cash and checks will be accepted.

To save time, area residents are urged to go to www.clayhealth.com and download a patient health form and vaccine information statement. Residents should then bring the form filled out with them to the clinic.
