D. Scott Connor has been selected by the Liberty Board of Education to fill the vacancy created by the recent resignation of Cindy Dunlap. Connor will be sworn into office at the Monday, Nov. 23, board meeting.

He will serve until April 2010, at which time the remainder of the term will be filled in the next school board election.
